Where we ship
IITian Tag ships across India. We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered to the address you provide at checkout, so please make sure it is complete and accurate.
Processing & delivery time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping charges
Shipping is a flat ₹49 per order, and free on orders above ₹999. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Order updates & tracking
You'll receive an email when your order is confirmed and again when it is dispatched. If tracking is available for your shipment, the details will be included in the dispatch email.
Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll do our best to keep you informed if that happens.
