Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Change-of-mind returns
Unused items in their original, undamaged condition and packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is borne by the customer. Items that show signs of use may not be eligible.
Non-returnable items
Personalised or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Email team@iitian.live or use the contact page with your order number and reason. We'll respond with the next steps. Please do not ship anything back before we confirm.
Refund timeline
Once your return is received and inspected (or your damage claim is approved), refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, the returns process above applies.
